Click here for link to schedule your student's conference.

As the end of the first trimester approaches, the first trimester grades will be reported. We are now planning for Parent Conferences. Parent conferences are generally to meet with parents of struggling students.

At this time, parents should have been notified whether they should be scheduling a parent/teacher conference. We do this process through our online scheduler (located above).

If you have not received a notice to schedule a conference but would like a conference, please contact your student’s teacher(s).

There is also drop-in meetings on Friday, November 3 until 2:30 in the afternoon which do not require advanced scheduling. This is open to all parents/guardians.

If there is any need for translation services, please contact the teacher in advance.

Parents are invited to come join your student for lunch!  Bring a blanket, a picnic lunch (or buy from the cafeteria), and visit during the half hour lunch time!  It’s a great time to introduce them to your friends and to meet your friends parents too!

This activity is intended to offer you time to share with your student so we ask that you do not drop off food for ‘student parties’.  Due to allergies, health conditions and various diets, we also ask that you provide food only for your student.

Lunch times:

Grade 6  - 11:03-11:33

Grade 7  -  11:54-12:24

Grade 8  -  12:45-1:15
