Text Returns

Student Home Texts are due next week! Students will return their texts by grade level appointment as follows:

  • 8th grade: Tuesday, May 29
  • 7th grade: Wednesday, May 30
  • 6th grade: Thursday, May 31

Teachers have scheduled appointments to bring their classes to the library to return their texts. Please take your texts to class with you on the appointed grade level day. The library will not accept text returns before your scheduled appointment. All library and text materials are due at the time of the appointment. Please be sure all materials are returned and fines paid to be eligible for year end activities!

Silverado Library
Daily Hours:
The Silverado Library is open daily during school hours as well as before and after school. Students may check out books and magazines or use a computer with a current Silverado ID. Students will also find copies of classroom texts and an extensive reference section available to help complete homework tasks while in the library.
**NEW BLAST -- Bears Library After School Time**
Our library offers an after school program where students have a supervised study environment with the benefits of library services such as research materials, computer use, collaborative opportunities with other students and materials check out.
The library will now be available to students Monday through Friday from 7:30-3:30.  Students who come to the library after school will be asked to sign in and sign out but permission slips are no longer required.
